PK,

I appreciate your insight on ITKG. I have a nice business acquaintance that referred me to ITKG. I feel very fortunate to buy into this company at an average of 55 cents. With 30,300 shares, I want to make sure that this stock continues to do well. I am not a wealthy person. However, like you, I enjoy researching cutting edge companies that truly have the vision and technology to make a difference.

My hope is that this will be another AOL, Microsoft, Intel etc... I am 42 years old. My goal is to retire at around 55.

I would like to thank you on putting together a nice "Blog." I am the anonymous comment that posted on your page. I am a little nervous about the lack of "news" coming out since William Robinson's very strong statements that was announced January 6th.

Your remark on how the company was burned once makes sense. I guess you are referring to the lawsuit that occurred about 4 to 5 years ago involving antenna patents.

I think it is very important that the company begin generating sales over the next two to three months. I did hear a comment from my friend that their will be some break throughs with car manufacturers. I do not know if this is true or not.

If your have any other areas on the web that I can stay on top of ITKG and their technology, please let me know. Feel free to contact me any time.

EB-Reader,

Congratulations on your early investment -- I sincerely hope that what you see now pales in comparison to what I hope and expect to occur in the future.

As for the company being burned before and learning their lessons as a result, I guess you could say that the lawsuit was their first eye-opener. Since then, they have hired a strong legal team to protect their backsides, and a few years back, went through the process of resolving all other prospective legal issues which could have hindered their progress at a later time (now actually). You can read more about those settlements in company's past filings. To that end, they are now captains of their own destiny.

What I was actually thinking when I wrote on being burned & lessons learned was on Integral's thought of getting product to market quickly by going through a larger cooperation such as GE or DuPont. GE, saw that Integral's IP product had vast potential, but they also saw--or rather heard, through the placement of former GE-employee-turned-spy Ravi (you may read about him on message boards or in the press)--that Integral Technologies had an urgent need financial support. What GE intended to do was to keep the promise of a prize dangling in front of Integral's management while their cash-flow dwindled, with the hope of eventually acquiring the company, their IP, and most importantly their patents for a song.

Ravi's play was exposed, and Integral sought support from DuPont, and in the meantime garnered financial support from Wells Fargo and some private placements.

DuPont was far more devious. Their intent was to bring Tom Aisenbrey to their labs to further develop and explore the potential of ElectriPlast / Plastenna -- meanwhile they would take notes and try to create their own patents on the discoveries. Tom never worked in their labs, so they ended up trying to reverse-engineer the materials Integral let them have, and patent that information.

I think it was shareholders doing DD on both companies uncovered that scheme. As a result, that relationship swiftly came to an end.

Now--purely speculation on my part--rather than rely on one big company to use as a stepping stone towards the market place, I think Integral intends to use many. And as their product and name becomes more widely recognized, they intend to monopolize on that -- probably just like Microsoft once did.

Hopefully that will all come to pass, and your .55 cent investment will become one of the better choices you make in this life...

Cheers and best,

PK
