Thanks PK.

Was DuPont successful? I noticed ITKG latest filing will increase the number of outstanding shares to 150 million.

Anytime EB Reader,

Below is a mix of speculation & insight -- even so, I urge you to contact the company for specifics...

Was DuPont successful -- No, and even if they were their patent submission would cross directly against Integral's. Think on it this way--the company has almost a hundred (probably more) provisional patents. Not only for product potentials, but also covering both a broad, and specific formulation of the various mixtures used with the various mediums (polymers, silicon based materials, etc.) used to make the compound work so effectively on such a grand spectrum.

DuPont came close, but what they came up with and attempted to patent were mere shadows of what the Plastenna / ElectriPlast mix was capable of (at least that is the rumor, and probably the reason behind why DuPont with their large labs and access to markets has not come out with their doppelgangers in an attempt to steal the market before it becomes a market.

Don't worry, Integral's legal team, Preston, Gates & Ellis, are ensuring that doesn't occur--or if it could, they are present to make DuPont pay through the nose for their attempted IP theft. Besides, if shareholders could find the paper trail on this, then figure anyone could. That case would be lost before it got to court.

As for the increase in the number of outstanding shares to 150 million, strange timing that, huh?

I'll be honest. I don't know what the story is there. It could be needed for leverage, in case the stock does take off. It would prevent an outside party from purchasing vast sums of shares for a song, and at the end of the day walking away with the company under their thumb. It could also be out there for other yet to be said reasons.

It is hard to judge, but I trust that a plan is in play and am hopeful that shareholder and not solely management interests are at hand. As a matter of fact, take that "hope" thing back. They are holding a shareholder meeting to vote on this specific matter. To those who attend, I would think the reasons will be spelled out. The banks will be on board, and they are the ones interested in making a profit on their investment of time and money.

On this, as long as there is a question mark associated with the reason -- you'll have to look to a gut check to sort out whether you think the cause/effect is oriented in a positive, or negative fashion...

Tell me what your thoughts are? I am working from a fishbowl on this question, and though I don't think malice is behind the cause, at this time, I simply and truly don't know the answer.

PK sends...
