The ChangeWave Influence, and some Practical Advice... Part-II

EB Reader & PK Correspondence
PK,
Thank you for taking the time to write your insightful email.
I would subscribe to Mr. Smith's investment newsletter, but it is dreadfully expensive. ($395 per fiscal quarter!) That adds up to close to $1200 per year. Of course, if he helped me nail a definite ten bagger, then yes, it would be worth it.
All of the information that I can find on ElectriPlast after a Google search and a yahoo search are promising news and further patent approvals. It's very impressive. I also noticed that there doesn't seem to be anyone out there bashing the stock. Usually there are one or two people out there providing a downside to all of a stock's upsides. I went ahead and started a small position with the small amount of funds I have available and will have to wait to add more after payday. I'll try and give investor relations a call tomorrow.
What I'm really curious about is this: how are the negotiations going with the major companies?
Which companies are going to try and incorporate ElectriPlast's technology?
Can ElectriPlast really pull this off with only 6 employees?
It appears that this company is working very hard to protect its intellectual property (IP). I gather that royalties will be the main source of revenue if the IP becomes mainstream. I'd imagine that investor relations wouldn't comment on any of this, so it makes it a difficult decision to make.
Well, I can always pay more money for the ChangeWave Investing service and find out right? I just wonder if Mr. Smith really has the inside scoop on this like he says he does. The internet is full of liars and thieves and I've been burned more than once. However, Mr. Smith does appear to be on the more respectable side. I'd imagine if he was simply just a thief, then he would never have gotten his show on Fox Television.
Thanks again for your time sir. Your speedy response is most appreciated.

EB Reader,
I wish I could tell you something more insightful on Mr. Smith and his knowledge, connections, or intentions. Unfortunately, I had never heard of him until a fellow ElectriPlast Blog Reader, such as yourself, pushed his article my direction (which I posted and then later got permission for).
As for your becoming a shareholder, congratulations. I would not be going through the effort and time if I had no faith that there was a chance that something good could become of this product, and that the company was working to build a solid foundation to support it.
You mentioned uncovering information on the companies in talks with Integral and the status of those discussions. That--unless you are part of the inner circle, or have a cousin working at Integral--is a difficult nut to crack. Then again, if you could, that would be the next thing to insider trading.
One of the trip-wires I set for myself before I began this Blog with to watch for large volume on the daily stock. That could indicate one of three things.
1. That the stock was being pushed in a pump or dump scenario, then you would see a short flash of brilliance, and a quick fade as the price per share (pps) plummeted.
2. That there were companies on the verge of conducting a business negotiation with Integral, and the employees inside that company (along with their family and friends) were intent on buying into the good thing they sensed occurring on the horizon.
3. That the product technology actually made sense to a host of other independent thinkers who saw the potential, the patent, and the possibilities associated in a clear manner.
Where we are is unknown at the moment because there is more information out there on the product and the various potentials associated -- but, I think this may have something beyond sudden enlightenment...
Time will tell.
Cheers and best to you, actually both of us, in this...
PK sends...
