Integral and the Word-on-the-Street...
30-31 May 2006
EB Reader & PK Correspondence
PK,
I called Integral last week. I talked with Scott. We have developed a very friendly relationship. I like Scott. He plays by the rules and is very careful in what he says. However, in talking, I have a strong feeling that something big is about to happen. Scott did tell me that Bill has come back from a "very successful trip out East."
I am really tired of reviewing the message board on Raging Bull and reading the "bashers" comments. Sometimes, these guys can get into your head. Comments like " if the plastic is as good as Integral states, then why haven't they signed more deals'? Being in marketing and working with product development, they do not understand just how long it takes to bring a product from the development cycle to the beginning phase of production.
Have you heard of anything going down soon? If so, what areas? RFID, IPOD's, antennas, LED?
Keep in touch.

Hi again EB Reader,
The strong feeling you have is a result of something you touched upon. It is not about merely marketing a gizmo. That is a large part, but more rests with something you may have heard me touch upon in one of my missives, or in response to a comment on the Blog:
SUPPLY-CHAIN...
For the past two years, Bill Robinson (BR) and his team have been in search of a firm, trusted, and potentially long term supplier for/of their ElectriPlast raw materials. From Europe, to Asia. From GE, to DuPont. From local area suppliers, to large East & West coast manufactures. BR has traveled far an wide in search of a perfect fit for his future supply chain...
Because of past experiences (I may have mentioned to you in the past), there is a real fear that their IP process might be stolen, to curb that potential, they have trademarked and patented both the process, the innovations, and the prospective spin-offs (this initiative will continue until Integral & ElectriPlast become like the untouchable Intel, in that, anything with a chip that is considered leading-edge quality is readily, and unquestionably associated with Intel).
From what I understand, Tom Aisenbrey has developed a multi-step process to create his unique plastic pellets. Rather than give the full process to one company and trust them to push ahead and be obligated to a contract with Integral--Integral is divvying up the processes among those manufacturing agents who are considered trusted. Still, the problem is that once this product makes its way to the streets, they (Integral) will have a desperate need to deliver product (massive amounts of product) to those companies pushing forward with their own ElectriPlast marketplace coups.
The companies that BR has met with over the past year have seen the potential, and as a result, some have reneged on their initial agreements wanting a larger cut of the potential profit to be gleaned. BR, who has scraped by with this company, at one time working without pay, and another by placing his home in hock to keep it afloat, is not one to be pressured by such an attitude or such tactics. He has more than once walked away rather than become embroiled with such companies... If you remember the lawsuit that occurred with IAS a number of years ago, you will see where this line is leading...
Anyhow, word is that BR has--with QuanStar and other's connection--been put in contact with another trusted agent manufacture, but in this instance, there is a difference at play. What that difference is is presently unknown, but from what I have gleaned through a rumor mill, the stars are in alignment and associated parties are happy with the pairing.
Remember, this latter is based on historical relevance and rumor. Rumor has it that BR will take another trip next week somewhere to a manufacture in the states, but this time he will be accompanied by others of influence. . .
What it really means is speculative at best, and remember, it is Scott's job to sell the company, just like the White House Press Secretary's job is to sell a story.
Positive things will occur with this company--Integral, with their ElectriPlast IP, has their duck-in-order and are poised to move as others have noted...
In the meantime, remember--especially during your conversations with Scott. The key to the moment centers on the Supply Chain. Do they have the product manufactures on hand to provide the necessary material to meet a strong demand? If so, who? If not, when?
Hope that was of help, and best to you,
PK sends...
